The Wild Dividend
The wild makes our living. Its future is our business.
For generations, technology has helped us take more from the wild. Now it can help us give something back. The wild is not scenery. It is living infrastructure—the reason people travel, businesses grow, and rural communities endure. Yet all the wild land mammals on Earth together weigh less than one-tenth as much as humanity, and livestock outweigh them thirty to one. What remains is here because we choose to keep it here. Invest in the Wild—a partnership between Grizzly Systems and the Wild Livelihoods Business Coalition—puts business investment and intelligent field technology to work preventing conflict, protecting wildlife, and keeping wild animals alive, wild, and on the landscape.
We're raising $1,888,000 to build 100 GrizCams for each of the partners below — the people doing the hard work in the field to give back to the wild.
- ABear Awareness Gardiner — co-existence through bear-proofing infrastructure
- BCentro de Innovación Científica Amazonía — tracking illegal mining in the Amazon
- CYellowstone National Park — first anti-poaching surveillance grid in a U.S. park
- DWestern Landowners Alliance — helping ranchers reduce predator conflict
- EAdventure Scientists — biodiversity monitoring
- FHolland Ranch — biodiversity monitoring and non-lethal predator deterrence
- GThe Cry Wolf Project — reusable blueprint for listening to wildlife
- HYellowstone Safe Passages — wildlife crossings

Built by Montanans,
for the wild.
Fifth-generation Montana founders Cody Goldhahn and Jeff Reed began with one mission — protect their wild heritage. Our motto: don't create noise, make something that matters. At Grizzly Systems, we build for those who hear the bugle of an elk louder than the buzz of a boardroom. Prefer feral over fancy. Bring grit and a little wit. Make money, but never let money make our work. Stay curious, stay wild, stay human. Push boundaries.
